Welcome to TimeGangEnt (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing tickets or attending events organized by TimeGangEnt, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Ticket Purchases

Tickets are processed securely through Wix Payments and accepted providers.

Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time purchased.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

 

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB)

Apple Pay

Google Pay

PayPal

Afterpay

Affirm

Klarna

Tap to Pay on Mobile

Wix Point of Sale (POS)

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

 

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled by TimeGangEnt.

If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid. Refunds are available only if you cannot attend the new date.

 

4. Event Entry & Conduct

A valid ticket (digital or printed) is required for entry.

TimeGangEnt may refuse entry or remove individuals for disorderly conduct or violations of rules.

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

Attendance is at your own risk. TimeGangEnt is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or property damage.

 

6. Media & Recordings

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, and materials belong to TimeGangEnt and may not be reused without permission.

 

8. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, United States.
