REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales made through TimeGangEnt are final. Once you purchase a ticket, you may not return it, exchange it, or receive a refund under normal circumstances.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In rare circumstances where TimeGangEnt cancels an event, we will issue a refund for the ticket cost (excluding processing or service fees), or offer a credit toward another event, at our discretion.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will generally remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us and we may evaluate a refund request on a case-by-case basis.
3. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Other Reasons
We do not provide refunds if you change your mind, can’t attend due to a scheduling conflict, or for any other reason not related to cancellation by TimeGangEnt.
4. Defective or Unfulfilled Tickets
If you do not receive your ticket, receive a defective ticket, or have another issue directly caused by our platform, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and may provide a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (when eligible, such as in cancellation cases), contact us via email at timegangent@gmail.com as soon as possible. Provide your order number, event name, purchase date, and reason.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original method of payment and may take several business days depending on the provider.
6. Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit or waive any legal rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g. for defective goods, misrepresentation, or breach of contract). If a law requires that refunds be offered under certain conditions, we will comply with such law.
